  For this next section, you must get physical measurements that the dress fits. If the dress fits you, use your measurements here. Otherwise you must measure the dress. If your dress has been preserved and is in a sealed box, you must take it out of the box. You will need to do so anyway when it sells. Preservation boxes are not suitable for shipping, for a number of reasons. (If you can't bear to open the sealed box because you think it makes the dress more valuable, stop here. We can't help you.)

Gown Length, waist to hem 
  Measure the gown from natural waist (the narrowest part that is at your real waist, not the drop waist) to front hem. Or if the gown is not full length, state "mini", "tea length", etc.
Asking Price: 
  This should be no more than half of the original retail price. Maximum asking price for any dress is $249.

Terms and Agreement

Seller (named above and who is submitting this agreement) agrees to hold the above-described item available for sale by UsedWeddingDresses.com (the Broker) for a period of at least three calendar months, provided Broker accepts the listing. Broker will notify Seller of acceptance or rejection by Email.

If listing is accepted, Broker will place it into the Online Catalog. Seller may lower the price at any time by notifying Broker. Prices can be raised only with Broker's consent. Upon expiration this agreement will be automatically extended until either party notifies the other of cancellation (or item is sold). Seller must hold item available for sale until it is sold or agreement is canceled.

Upon sale of an item, Broker will retain funds in escrow until sale is final. Seller will be notified by Email and is responsible to ship the item as quickly as possible. Seller is responsible for shipping, may use any shipping service that provides tracking, and must provide the tracking number to broker. Broker will reimburse seller for shipping in the amount the buyer was charged.  If buyer has chosen rush ship service, seller will be notified to ship that way and will be reimbursed accordingly for it, in the amount the customer was charged.  For the seller's own protection, we suggest you insure the shipment.

Upon buyer's receipt and acceptance of the item, Broker will remit after thirty days, the sale price less 30% commission, to Seller. Broker is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax.

In the event that Buyer rejects item by notifying Broker and return-shipping to Seller within three business days, the sale is canceled and Buyer's money refunded by Broker, less shipping charges. Cost of return-shipping is borne by Buyer.
