The gowns shown in our online catalogue are either preowned, offered by individuals, close-outs from other shops, or brand new discontinued styles. Some of the preowned items were never worn, others were used. The closeout items usually have not been worn, but may have light wear from being tried on in a store. We make every effort to provide accurate size information, but as with any bridal gowns, most will need to have alterations done for a perfect fit.

 Sellers are required to disclose all relevant information about their items and submit photographs. The seller sets the price, subject to our approval, which should not be more than half of the original retail price. Maximum price for any dress is $249. We make every effort to obtain accurate descriptions. We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in descriptions provided by sellers. We will correct a description before re-posting it if we discover an inaccuracy.

 To purchase items, customers may order online by credit card or debit card. When payment is received, it will be held in our escrow account until the item is received and accepted by the buyer. When the buyer receives physical delivery of the product, then begins a 3 business day examination period. If the buyer does not notify us of rejection and return-ship the item within that time, it is considered accepted and the sale is final. If the buyer notifies us and return-ships the item within the examination period, the sale is canceled and the purchase price refunded in full when the item is received back by the seller. Shipping is not refundable. The seller does not have to receive the dress back within the 3-Day period; it just needs to be shipped.

 Sellers are responsible for shipping to buyers in a timely manner. Sellers will be reimbursed for shipping, the amount charged to the buyer for shipping . Buyers are responsible for cost of return-shipping if the dress is rejected. When a sale is final, UsedWeddingDresses.com keeps 30% of the purchase price as our brokerage fee and remits the balance of purchase price to the seller. UsedWeddingDresses.com is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax.

 Buyers please note that sellers are not required to clean the dresses unless there are visible spots or stains. This is because the dress may get wrinkled from shipping, and the buyer may need to have it cleaned and/or pressed.
